A Sydney PR mogul took to daytime television this morning to make an impassioned plea to the wider Australian public to not lose interest in her private life just yet.
Speaking with Morning Show hosts Larry Emdur and Kylie Gillies in the harbour capital, Roxy Jacenko left a number of stones unturned as the powerhouse skirted around the hard-hitting questions.
“If I tell you everything you want to know, everybody will lose interest in what’s going on in my life,” she said.
“Come on, Larry. I do this for a living. The phone’s been ringing off the hook ever since this whole Wolf of Wolseley Road shit happened last year. If I answer everything ambiguously and make wild statements regarding my personal life, it ends up in the tabloids and people keep talking about my brand.”
After explaining to both Kylie and Larry about how she’s been gaming the system for a number of years, she then turned to the camera and delivered her short soliloquy to the audience.
“Don’t give up on me yet,” she said.
“I’ve got some serious shit planned for Easter, my followers are going to flip-the-fuck-out when they see what’s up my sleeve.”
The Advocate reached out to Jacenko for comment but has yet to receive a concrete, unambiguous response.
More to come.
