A hometown acquaintance, who ended up playing a few seasons of first grade in the city, is back at home and living that townie life, according to his most recent Facebook status.
Curtis Shayler, who was signed to a professional football club before he’d even finished high school, is back in town playing for the local club, it has been confirmed by recent small-town drama.
It appears that at some point last night, Curtis had several spotlights stolen from his Landcruiser, and it’s something he’s decided to address on the public forum known as Facebook.
“run boy run! whoever the fuck racked my spotties from the top of the cruiser last nite beter hit the road cos This town aint big enough for low life scum like you to hide from me! youve been warned” wrote Curtis, before fellow townie rushed to comfort him in the comments.
“Whats happened bra?” writes Jock, who wasn’t that close with Curtis in high school but has really ramped up the interactions and social media tags since Curtis had his first run-on.
Another commenter, Salliegh has reiterated Curtis’ initial point that these fucking dogs won’t get far.
It is not yet known what Curtis is doing for work, but judging by his uncouth language and public display of distress, he might not be getting the call up again this season.
