Australia’s peaking scientific body, the CSIRO, has treated the world to yet another technological breakthrough this afternoon.

Using a researcher’s MacBook Pro and Photoshop, the organisation says they’ve been able accurately to predict what legendary musician Kurt Cobain if he were alive today.

“We spent all afternoon on it,” said one public servant.

“Yeah just look at it, it’s uncanny. It’s really spooked a lot of the Gen Xers in the office. Most of them can’t even look at him,”

“They said for a Millennial it was like looking at a picture of computer-generated of what Aaron Carter would look like years after he died! Spooky shit, huh?”

The Advocate reached out to the estate of Kurt Cobain for comment but have yet to receive a reply.

More to come.
