A local shopper has used questionable logic today to justify her latest splurge on the credit card.
Rolling through Betoota David Jones a few hours ago seemingly without a care in the world, Hannah Holsworth decided to treat herself.
After a long week at the small bespoke marketing firm she calls her place of employment, Holsworth decided a new pair of jeans was on the cards.
Eyeing off an relatively expensive pair of denim jeans, Holsworth told us that she was caught in two minds.
“Obviously they were pretty expensive, but, I have been pretty good lately, and I knew the purchase would rack me up a stack of points,” she said.
“Besides a good pair of jeans is definetly worth it.”
“Oh and there was like a 20% of sale as well soooo, it all started making sense really.”
Holsworth refused to disclose how much exactly the pair of jeans were after the discount.
“And I won’t be disclosing that information to the boyfie either,” she laughed.
Holsworth then explained that the purchase had got her over the line for her next trip.
“Yeah I have gotta fly back to Brissy for a wedding next weekend, and the points from these jeans will be getting me into the Velocity lounge, so thank you very much,” she said.
“I’ll certainly be giving that buffet a nudge,” she laughed.
