A local woman’s hangover seems to be concentrating a lot of it’s pain to right behind the left eyeball, it has been confirmed.
Without seeing a medical professional about this issue, Kelly Matherson (Dental hygienist, Betoota Heights) has diagnosed herself with ‘one of those kinda hangovers’.
While last night’s prosecco still sits flat on Kelly’s tongue, no matter how many times she brushes her teeth, the dry skin on her face attempts to sweat it out, but is prevented by the cold August air creeping into the living room through a yet-to-be-located window left open in the house.
With the sharp jabbing pains bringing water to her left eyeball, Kelly does her best to avoid having to get up and find some panadol. Mainly by lazily massaging her eyelid with her thumb, and blowing air into her pinched nose.
She also doesn’t want to interrupt herself eating some sort of sandwich that looks like a good hangover meal, but really it’s just all she had in the house – and it’s stale.
At time of press Kelly was trying to find a way to watch season 4-12 of The Simpsons on her mid-priced ‘smart tv’ by taking 32 minutes to use the google homepage on the built in Explorer app.
