A local girl has whipped her close friend group into a frenzy of uproar today, whilst revealing the extent of her unread message alerts on her iPhone.
Even the most headstrong of Chelsea Bennett’s mates were left struggling to pull themselves together when a quick flash of her phone screen showed upwards of seven red bubbles.
Within the bubbles, numbers were seen well in the triple digits and, in a truly horrifying scene, evidence showed that her unread emails had pushed over two thousand and counting.
“OMG what? NO” said Chelsea’s bestie Kat. “How do you even sleep at night? This is too much. I can’t deal”
Her second bestie, Ruby, had to leave the room, while another friend, Yvette, found herself losing all control, attempting to remove Chelsea’s phone from her grasp and begin trying to begin putting to an end, the nightmare that had been occurring this whole time.
The Betoota Advocate continued Kat’s line of enquiry, asking how this darkest of scenes had possibly come to be and how Chelsea has managed to continue living life seemingly so casually and so at ease with the absolute calamity that was taking place on her phone.
“I don’t know” she shrugged. “I really don’t understand what the big deal is. It’s totally normal isn’t it?”
The friends have since begun looking at options in giving Chelsea the help she so desperately needs to restore some order and functionality in her phone.
Updates as they come.
