Employees at Betoota Used Car and Write Offs Showroom are unsure what to believe anymore after noticing strange behaviour from salesman Pat Patrickson (35).
During the annual HR organised late-EOFY/Christmas in July/early Melbourne Cup office party, colleagues of Patrickson noted that the salesman had consumed at least two drinks and was acting like a considerate person and a model employee.
This was due to Patrickson actually being way more sober at the work party than he normally likes to be during work hours.
“It’s an office party, the boss is here so it’s best to stay sharp,” stated Patrickson as he sipped a light beer shandy.
“So it’s different for instance like a Tuesday, or as I call it ‘Cheeky Two-sday’ because who doesn’t like to polish off two cheeky bottles of vino by 2pm on a Tuesday?”
“Did you get it? Two-sday? Make sure that’s clear in the write up.”
Although Patrickson usually likes to keep a blood alcohol level that would make him a fun guest star in an episode of RBT, he claims he does not have a drinking problem but mostly when comparing himself to other sales people.
“What can I say? We’re a thirsty breed! A thirst for success, a thirst for satisfaction, and a thirst for every drop of alcohol available during work hours.”
