The King of Cancel Culture is back today!

Fox Sports journo Paul Kent is doubling down with the moral high horse today, as he continues his noble mission to police how everybody should act and how they should talk.

This comes after two days of blatant bitterness from the one-match sensation turned ambulance chaser, who appears to have taken real issue with the Penrith Panthers players behaving like the the unrivalled champions they are – instead of shutting their mouths and pretending that they haven’t just one two Premierships back to back after three grand final appearance in the three years.

It is not yet known what Kenty holds against the Penrith Panthers, but as a seasoned piss wreck – many thought he would be able to appreciate that sometimes young people say stupid shit after drinking for 12 hours straight, before getting a microphone shoved in their face.

This follows the mildly interesting news that Jarome Luai is facing backlash over a social media post, Api Koroisau mocked the club he’s about to join, and James Fisher-Harris told a crowd a of cheering supporters that ‘Parra are our sons’ during a post-match fan day at Penrith.

However, as anyone who does themselves the great displeasure of listening to Paul Kent’s opinions on NRL360 would know, the post-Grand Final behaviour of the Penrith stars is hardly the first issue that he’s had with this team.

Earlier this season, Kent took great issue with the Samoan Penrith footballers for choosing to represent Samoa in the world cup, in a story the Betoota Advocate covered at the time: ‘Brian To’o Criticised For Pledging Allegiance To A Major Influence On His Entire Identity’.

Paul Kent was furious with the amount of respect that these youthful Polynesians were showing to their heritage – and began criticising Brian To’o, a Samoan-Australian man, who has lived his life between Samoa and Australia, and was raised by Samoan parents, and attends a Samoan church in a Western Sydney suburb with a large Samoan community, for identifying as a Samoan.

From what the Betoota Advocate can currently decipher from Kenty’s increasingly bizarre rants, it seems he wants the Penrith Stars to show more respect to the teams they have beaten in their record-breaking golden era, but also wants them to show less respect to their Samoan heritage, but also more respect to former Penrith players… But less respect to their postcode… and stop making fun of other postcodes… Like Balmain?
