The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs have today decided to get on top of some club admin.
With the season pretty much over for the ‘Dogs of War,’ staff at the Western Sydney club have begun organising the end of year festivities.
Following a smash hit Mad Monday last year, which resulted in the club being fined $250,000 and a raft of negative headlines, the Bulldogs said they are keen to go even bigger this year.
“We want to take it out even further into the open,” said a spokesperson for the club responsible for the least offensive off-season ‘scandal.’
“So we are exploring pubs in the city that are even more public than the place we snagged in the rocks last year.”
“Four walls and no windows is overrated, we want random punters to be able to come in off the street and give it a nudge with the boys.”
“Besides, we actually didn’t do that much wrong compared to a lot of the other crook shit that happened in the offseason.”
“Anyway, should be good, come on down if you guys want, fair few boys haven’t scored a try this year, so Sweet Caroline should go off.”
