The English Women’s Football team is currently in turmoil this evening, after a sensational divide amongst the playing group.
On the eve of the biggest match in the team’s history, it’s emerged that a couple of the players have had a massive falling out over their relationship with the coach.
The drama has centred around one of the players named Jess cosying up with the spunky Irish coach named Joe, who was reportedly in the sights of another player named Jules.
With both sides of the playing group picking a team in the fall out between the two Lionesses, there are concerns that the rift could cause chaos when they take foot on the pitch tonight.
The Lionesses are set to play the Matildas at 8pm tonight, in the biggest football match in our nation’s history, with a spot in the final of a major tournament up for grabs.
The tournament is in a sport that is actually played by more than a handful of companies, with Australia praying our Tillies can get it done.
It’s unknown how detrimental the rift caused by the love triangle will be for the team tonight, with the Matildas playing a straight bat to the news.
“We are just focusing on us,” said inspirational captain Steph Cately.
“Till it’s done.”
More to come.
