While being a little a too young to claim he was watching rugby league during the Mal Meninga era, other avenue have been identified for Queensland man Katter Entsch to jump aboard the Canberra Raiders bandwagon.
The 29-year-old ringer from the North-West gulf country has today claimed that he’s always followed the Milk since their 3rd wave of Queensland-heavy football, back in the early 2000s.
“I followed Clinton Schifcofske and Adam Mogg down there” says Mr Entsch.
“And then you know, Papalii really reconfirmed by love for Maroon bones in Green sleeves”
The fairweather cowboy then goes on to pull shit out of his arse.
“I never really followed the Queensland sides because I didn’t agree with some of the decisions they made during the Super League wars”
While the almost sickeningly blatant bandwagoner definitely doesn’t need an excuse to get behind the Peaky Raiders this weekend, he says it is worth clarifying that he always knew Sticky Ricky had in him.
“The Milk is Sticky and it’s gonna tar the feathers on that fucken chook!” he says.
“Up the fucken Milk!”
