US president Donald Trump is reported to have had a stern talk with United Kingdom Prime Minister Keir Starmer about Scotland’s traditional garments, after his golf tour of Scotland was briefly interrupted by men playing bag pipes.
The two nations leaders are said to have met yesterday morning under the guise of discussing trade, the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, and Russia’s war in Ukraine.
However the Advocate has since learned that the conversation quickly segued into Trump admonishing Starmer about Scottish traditional garments, citing that it was ‘weird’ and ‘unnatural’ to see men wearing skirts.
This comes as Trump was videoed attempting to speak over the sound of men playing bagpipes, who were invited to play at Trump’s course as Starmer arrived.
Taking to Truth Social, Trump blasted the traditional garments, urging ‘Scotland’ to do something about these men wearing ‘funny head things and skirts.’
“Touring my beautiful, World Class golf courses in Scotland but very strange customs here!! Grown men walking around in SKIRTS. Very woke. Very WEIRD. Very confusing for the children. No underwear. DISTURBING. I told Starmer that Scotland needs to do something about it!!! People are LAUGHING. I love the Scottish people, really I do. It’s a disaster for tourism and Strong Men everywhere. JUST SAD! Thank you for your attention on this matter!!”
Trump is currently on the last day of his five day trip to Scotland, where he’s spent most of his time playing golf at the Trump International and Trump Turnberry, and avoiding conversations about his close ties with convicted pedophile sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, who he is rumoured to have been very close friends with for over fifteen years.
More to come.
