A Betoota Heights mother has told her 7-year-old German Shepheard this afternoon that everything is awful over there.
“I’m glad we don’t have any of this in Australia,” she said.
Our reporter attended the scene this afternoon delivering her son’s Red Rooster meal on electric-bike-back.
“Oh, Errol. The fighting and everything. People getting killed, beaten and thrown in prison. Imagine if Bill Shorten won the last election, do you think Scott Morrison would have Kirribilli House boarded up, all the nice boutiques closed?”
“Would he have The Lodge boarded up? The Tuggeranong Hotel closed for safety on Election Night? I just can’t even begin.”
The mother’s son then came barreling down the stairs and took the meal and shut the door.
