A local fan of the United States President has today confirmed that he doesn’t have too much to say on one of the man’s latest moves.
Brad Bambach (32) from our town’s well-heeled Betoota Grove district explained that he’s not too bothered about the United States signing a bumper arms deal with Saudia Arabia.
This comes after Donald Trump announced a $219bn ($142bn US) arms deal, as well as other investments that Saudia Arabia’s crown prince said could eventually be worth $1tn.
The announcement from the US President has raised some eyebrows though, following strong proclamations that he is anti-war, a few months ago when meeting with the Ukrainian President.
Like the US president himself, many were quick to hail his actions to abandon Ukraine unless they gave him free rein to their precious minerals as brave and pro-peace.
Brad Bambach was one of those men, who decried the questioning of the cutting of aid and support to Ukraine.
“Bro, so you are are pro-war,” he laughed to our reporter at the time.
“That’s pretty fucked man, he’s trying to bring about peace and the world doesn’t want that.”
However, since the bumper arms deal with a country (that despite it’s sports-washing) is still a very hard line islamic regime, Brad doesn’t have a whole bunch to say.
“Oh that’s business dude, like can’t blame him,” finished Brad, as if any war the US is involved in isn’t purely business.
More to come.
