Staring in horror at her reflection in the bathroom mirror, local woman Anna Gresham [25] can’t for the life of her figure out why her skin looks so dreadful.
Sure, it is winter, but with her militant five step skincare regime and daily fish oil tablets, she’d been positive she’d stave off the scaly skin this time. Heck, she’d been practically lathering herself in moisturiser with the same kind of urgency as a Great British Bake Off contestant who has sixty seconds left on the clock to frost their sponge cake.
And still, her skin continues to fall off in flakes.
“My skin is so dry and gross!”, she huffed out loud, to no one in particular, “DISCOOSTING.”
Letting out an exaggerated sigh as she leans into the shower to switch the valve to a level so hot it could strip paint, Anna is sure another scrub with her exfoliant will get rid of those pesky dry flakes of skin.
