The Wilson household doesn’t always see eye to eye on everything but there is one thing they can all agree on – that their pet dog Molly is awfully cute.
The Maltese cross Shih Tzu, or ‘the rat’, as affectionately nicknamed by dad, had become quite the talking point during the lockdown, resulting in members of the household taking turns to provide a running commentary on everything mildly adorable that she does. From scratching her face with her little paws to the fan favorite‘ big stretch’, Molly has unknowingly brought together an entire household over a shared love of cute, tiny things.
Today’s family bonding activity, preceded by a cutthroat round of Monopoly Deal, involves watching the gunky eyed pup twitch in her sleep.
“Awwww look at her feet!”, says mum, “she must be having a dream!”
“I wonder what she’s dreaming about?”
The middle child, Eliza, reckons that Molly is probably “dreaming about digging up bones.”
“I think she’s chasing someone! Probably Gilbert.” says the youngest Liam, referring to the household’s lesser liked pet, “get him Molly!”
When Molly makes a little yip, the family let out a mutual ‘awww’ before making sure she isn’t having a ‘little doggy nightmare.’
More to come.
