A local woman getting stuck into her regency filth has sadly found her sexy illusions shattered today, after realising the gorgeous emotionally unavailable men she kept falling in love with on Bridgerton were a far cry from the real deal, it’s reported.
Lucia Fogarty [30] is alleged to have not been that fussed about watching the Bridgerton prequel ‘Queen Charlotte’ ( seeing as she wanted Shonda Rhimes to get a fucking move on and get to the Benedict storyline already) but that she’d been unable to resist watching a show about the sassy female lead trying to get a sexy dark haired man with a secret to fall in love her – a storyline that is likely to be in every single season of the show, seeing as every male Bridgerton has broody features.
Unfortunately, any time Lucia thinks about the reality of living in Regency era London, she’s reminded that the majority of royal men were a product of their hedonistic lifestyles, and likely suffered from obesity, gout and syphilis from the many mistresses they secretly bedded behind their wife’s backs.
Nonetheless, she will continue to watch Queen Charlotte and lust over the actor playing King George, mostly because he looks eerily similar to the bloke who played Tony from Skins.
