A Perth local has today surprised himself by taking another bold step towards “freedom from the system”
Jameson Cliff, a self proclaimed “outsider” from Wanneroo, broke what he saw as cultural norms when he sent an email to his real estate agent and signed off said email with “Sayonara.”
“I really feel like we need more creativity in our daily life, I found freedom when I started wearing my C-rocs, and yes I assume you think it should be pronounced “Crocs” but who told us we had to pronounce things just like everyone else.” spouted Jameson from seemingly what he felt was a cultural highground.
“I’ve also started greeting strangers in the street with things such as ‘Ciao’ and ’Arigato,’ it really brings out a spark in folks, and sometimes I can overhear them talking about the interaction after I’ve passed them. Sometimes with some french slang”
We discussed the email in question with Mr Cliff’s real estate agent, once given permission from Jameson of course, they revealed that it was quite unusual for him to end this email with such a lighthearted close.
“Given the email in question was his request for us to increase the rent of all his tenants until ‘They’ve got nothing left.’ It’s not normal for someone to take this as a moment to be jovial,” commented Harold Highton of Highton Realty.
“Strange.”
