President Trump has today clarified that he didn’t say certain things that he was recording saying, and actually posted on twitter, several months ago.

Despite all of the foolproof evidence that suggests he did say these things, Trump has come and said that’s not what he said, and questions how someone would make something like that up.

Among other things that the President said and has now said he didn’t say, one that stands out is the comments Trump made today where he insists that he did not make and does not have tapes of his conversation with fired FBI Director James Comey, despite saying he did and not saying how in May this year.

Taking to Twitter today, Trump has decided to go back on the thing he clearly said, and brought up several times afterwards, by saying he never said it, in a similar way to his countless claims that Barrack Obama was born in Africa throughout the entire last decade.

“With all of the recently reported electronic surveillance, intercepts, unmasking and illegal leaking of information, I have no idea … whether there are ‘tapes’ or recordings of my conversations with James Comey, but I did not make, and do not have, any such recordings,” Mr Trump tweeted.

Analysts are now questioning whether or not Trump still stands by his claim that he was going to Make America Great Again.
